About Rajzaika Products

Rajzaika specializes in authentic homemade Indian pickles prepared using traditional recipes, premium spices, and carefully selected ingredients.

Since our products are food items, special hygiene and quality standards are maintained during preparation and packaging.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if the product received is:

• Damaged during delivery
• Defective or spoiled
• Incorrect product delivered
• Missing from the order
• Not delivered successfully

Non-Refundable Products

Due to the nature of food and pickle products, opened, used, or partially consumed items cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds will not be applicable for taste preferences, minor packaging variations, or improper storage after delivery.

Storage & Product Care

Customers are advised to store pickle jars in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.

Always use a clean and dry spoon while handling the product to maintain freshness and avoid contamination.

Rajzaika is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage or mishandling after delivery.

Refund Request Process

Customers must contact Rajzaika within 48 hours of delivery for any refund or replacement request.

To process your request, customers may be asked to provide:

• Order ID or payment details
• Photos of the product/package
• Delivery information
• Description of the issue

Refund Approval

Once the request is reviewed and verified by our support team, eligible refunds or replacements will be approved accordingly.

Rajzaika reserves the right to deny refund requests if the issue does not meet our refund eligibility conditions.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

The actual refund reflection time may vary depending on your bank, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipping.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
